Code of Conduct for APS Meetings

Creating a supportive environment to enable scientific discourse at APS and APS partner meetings is the responsibility of all participants. By registering, you are agreeing to abide by the APS Code of Conduct.

The 67th Annual Meeting of the APS Division of Plasma Physics (DPP) will be held in Long Beach, CA, and online Nov. 17-21, 2025. In-person scientific research sessions will be held in the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center, located at 300 East Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90802.

Cancellation Policy

Banquet tickets are non-refundable for both pre-meeting and on-site purchases. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by November 7, 2025. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by November 7, 2025. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after November 8, 2025. Submit all requests to the APS Registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
