  • 09/10/2025 - Early Registration Deadline

Students:

Students joining APS for the first time may qualify for free one-year membership. To join online, click here. In order to see the correct registration rate, make sure your account is configured properly. You can update this by logging into https://my.aps.org/studentupdate.

  • Change the "Are you a student" flag to "Yes."
  • Update the expected degree and graduation date

Conference Experience for Undergraduates

Registration for CEU attendees is expected to open in early September. Visit CEU website for more details.

Cancellation Policy:

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 1, 2025. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by October 1, 2025. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after October 2, 2025. Submit all requests to the APS registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
