Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by May 27, 2025. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by May 27, 2025. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after May 28, 2025. Submit all requests to the APS registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Lost Badge Policy

Any lost badge is subject to a $10 reprint fee. A badge is considered lost if not presented at the registration counter at the time of reprint.
